Can not get call backs Ask for pictures to assist in looking for parts get attitude Get a 120 dollar fee for texting instead of calling called it a diagnosis fee but said it was said too rollback driver because I hurt her feelings by texting instead of calling Vehicle sat there for a year with me waiting on them

I took my car in because five warning lights had lit up on my dash. They didn't have me fill out any paperwork, which I thought was bizarre. Three days later they decided it was the spark plugs and charged me $200 for putting new ones in. The mechanic made a big point of showing me the vague color difference between the old plugs and the new ones ("See? That's how you know they're bad.") and then proceeded to talk my ear off for half an hour. A few days later the warning lights came back on...
