I took my car in because five warning lights had lit up on my dash. They didn't have me fill out any paperwork, which I thought was bizarre. Three days later they decided it was the spark plugs and charged me $200 for putting new ones in. The mechanic made a big point of showing me the vague color difference between the old plugs and the new ones ("See? That's how you know they're bad.") and then proceeded to talk my ear off for half an hour. A few days later the warning lights came back on...

There's not enough stars for Rick. This is guy is super cool ,laid back person that I ever met. I took my truck to another shop before I met Rick. I don't want to put anyone or any shop on blast, Gulf Coast automotive on Moffett Rd is GARBAGE.... They kept my truck over an week and a half telling me everything about my truck but not even touching it only but once. Not trying to fix it, just moving it around the parking lot.
