Always helpful, always friendly, and reasonably priced
I'm not impressed with the service from Rick's I originally brought the car in for rough idle, they were going to do a tune-up but decided the spark plugs were ok the car only has 45k so they said it was the coil pack, in the process they noticed the water pump was a issue so they replaced it, the next day I noticed a leak and brought the car back they said it was a bad o-ring and replaced it . The car doesn't get driving a lot but I've noticed that it's still having issues with the idling. So now I'll find another garage to... read more
Excellent service
Took my car here. They wanted $950, to change a heater hose. Gaslit me at every turn when I asked why. Ultimately I picked up my car and went elsewhere. I happily paid $291, out the door. Diagnostics and part ordered from Ford. Amazing. I saved $650 by trusting my instinct. I refuse to be ripped off.
