I am beyond please with the communication and car of Rick's. Finding a auto shop where you don't feel hustled or cheated can be difficult. These guys are genuine and care for you, not pushing up charges or things your car doesn't need. They will not work on your car without permission. If your looking for a fair mechanic, these guys are worth it and will get you in quickly.
Very friendly and easy to work with. Jeff and Scott make sure to talk you through the steps of the repair, why it is being done and next steps. I was concerned after a larger repair and Jeff listened to my concerns, worked with Rick to troubleshoot and ensure everything was in working order and explain what could have been the cause of my concern. Highly recommend!
