Eric is very friendly. Super easy to deal with and fair offer for buying. I would go back there any day and would recommend to anyone else. The "other guys" at a different shop are grumpy, that's why we went to Rick's.
Sold Rick gold coins... he paid more than many others offered. Very professional and happy with his service.
Attempt to go to store was closed and no one answered the phone when called. You really should update your hours so people like me dont waste time.
I had a wonderful experience with Rick at this location. I was able to sell my wedding ring to him at a very fair price! He was very kind and understanding of my situation and made me a very happy divorcee :-)
Just recently was looking for an engagement ring. After stopping in the shop and speaking with Eric, I felt excited to order a diamond and a band with him. I even came in with an impossible timeline of just a week for turnaround and they met it with the best customer service.
