Above and Beyond the Call of Duty I had a wonderful experience last Friday with two of Rick??s Fencing employees. They spent the day installing a composite deck for me, going above and beyond the call of duty. There was a miscommunication between the estimator and myself at the initial walkdown, which up on install was going to cause me frustration. Rick's Custom Fencing-Decking is an outstanding company and crews! I??ve had everyone comment on the beauty and construction that Rick??s Fencing did on my deck, and I am very pleased myself. The fence is coming along nicely, as well. I can hardly wait to plant the climbing roses I envision when I first decided on horse fencing as the right solution for me.
Avoid Rick's Fencing I have used them twice and the second time was night and day different. I was very disappointed in the company. I should have gotten other quotes and read the reviews about them on-line. They must have had a management change because it was a bad experience across the board. I would avoid them as they do not honor their bids, are hard to get detailed invoices and were inflexible.
condescending attitude I went in to discuss getting a quote on fencing for horses. I was presented with a particularly condescending attitude that I did not care for. I would not recommend them based on this alone.
Great Installation I had Rick's install wooden fencing to replace some that was old and falling down along 2 sides of my yard. They also installed an iron gate across the driveway with an automatic gate opener. Rick's gave me an estimate and a schedule. The installation was done on time and they held to the estimate. I had some problems with the opener which they fixed.
