Chain link fence We are very happy with the service we were given, starting with getting a quote from Matt, too the installation of our new chain link fence done by Joseph and Kenny. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The fence looks great, we have already recommended them to friends.
We had a new privacy fence installed and could not be happier! The installers were here at 8:00 am as they said they would be. The fence was up and the area was clean and ready to go within 2 hours! Both Kenny and Jason were professional and courteous. Very pleased that we chose Rick's Custom Fencing and would recommend their services to any one in search of a good company to deal with.
Satisfied We recently moved here from out of state and bought a home that needed a fence put up for our dogs. Rick's was extremely responsive and worked over the weekend at no extra cost to get the job done by the time we moved in. all the installers were professional and did quality work. If you screw up a job, don't blame the customer, and don't focus on covering yourself with the Contractor's Board. Just pay what it costs to have it fixed, and move on. The bad PR you get from digging your feet in isn't worth it.
We needed emergency work done after the wind storm. The company was responsive and scheduled within 48 hours. David Robert showed up on time, worked efficiently, completed the job and cleaned the site. I was very pleased with his work.

I hate to be That Guy but this was ridicules! Let me first tell you what occurred. My fence was crushed do to a man made disaster. An insurance company was contacted and they called up Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking for a quote to rebuild my entire fence and gate. My first stop was here and I did not see anything negative on here so I thought, maybe I am in the clear, WRONG! They did the work while I was at work in the middle of the day, which was nice.
