Above and Beyond the Call of Duty I had a wonderful experience last Friday with two of Rickâs Fencing employees. They spent the day installing a composite deck for me, going above and beyond the call of duty. Great install guys! 3 months ago I had a chain link fence installed by Josh Guilliam and Chance White. They did an amazing job, answered all of my random questions, and did this work in 2 days of freezing weather. They were very professional, very polite, and very quick/quality job. I am very pleased with the work they did and have not had any issues with it buckling in the wind, or coming off the middle poles. Great employee: Anthony I am so pleased with my fencing projects!! Anthony installed 4 fence projects for us. I now have 2 inside garage kennels linked by doggie doors to a huge outside dog kennel. Also, we had a long wood fence installed and in addition some gates. Anthony had to put up with quite a bit of nonsense during the project, as my neighbor decided to contact the fencing company regarding his issues about our fence. Very pleased with install by BILL and SCOTT. Kept me informed of installation of fencing around residential property, provided multiple opportunities for questions and input. Completed work, and cleaned up site on time. Whole process was pleasant. Initially received estimate for costs, given options of :complete DIY, Rick's to install posts (and mow strip) or Rick's to do it all. Chose Rick's to do complete install. We hired Rick's to install handrails on our decks last summer and we liked how the project turned out. John did our work and I thought he did a great job-the metal handrails gave our deck a unique look. I especially appreciated the fact that John came when he said he would or called if schedules needed to be changed. It was nice having the mess cleaned up at the end of each day, too.
