THIS GUY IS HONEST AND UPFRONT!
My family and friends have been going to Rick for almost ten years. When something goes wrong or even if I just need help or advice Rick is always willing. Hes never tried to sell me anything I don't want or need and he's always gone over the top to make sure he was fair and honest if anything happens. If you want a good job done and a reasonable rate this is the guy to call.
Agreed to Delco part, but Delphi part installed (Delphi is not the manufacturers recommended part & less expensive). The charge listed on final invoice for the part is more than if the customer had purchased retail. There's no email to confirm work if there's confusion. Attitude toward patron was unprofessional and lacked a sense of customer-service orientation.
