Great Service and Price Our lap top was damaged to the point I thought fixing it was hopeless. However, Rick was able to repair some broken parts and replaced the parts that were unfixable all for a very reasonable price. He even went so far as to loan us parts while ours was being ordered so we were never without our laptop. I then asked him to remove viruses and update our very old pc. Unsatisfied Brought a computer to Rick 3 months ago and he has not fixed or returned Computer to me...unable to contact by phone or email and no return phone call or email.will not use this service again......
