Restaurant One of our staples after a long, hot day in school on a June day. The appetizers are great the cold drinks are better and the service is always top notch.
Disappointing I have lived in Congers for 10 years. Everyone knows Rick's - I have never had a good experience there- the food is always good but the service is always bad, without exception. The wait is very long. They seem upset if you ask questions. I have tried to order take out- they tell you to come in a half hour, then you still have to wait for another half hour- for a hamburger- and somehow it is cold. Check it out for the food but bring a book.

Every time I am in there I have fantastic service. The people are so friendly and the food comes out quickly. They have entertainment on the weekends and a few days during the week.
