So disappointed in the way I was treated last weekend when you guys messed up my daughters first birthday cake..First, it was nothing like I described, then after they tried fixing it, the cake decorator brought it up and laid it on the table way too hard because papers that were sitting on the table went into the side of the cake! And the worst part..the MANAGER was unbelievablely rude! My family and I would come here multiple times a week..not anymore. Ricks just isn't like it used to be...
