So very impressed! Not only did they get me in on short notice, but they kept me informed (via email AND in person) on the progress throughout the appointment. Oh! And did I mention, the only thing I had to pay for was my cabin filter? YES!!! Thanks to my lifetime oil change agreement with Rick's, I NEVER have to pay for an oil change again, for the life of my car (and beyond ~ ask them for details). Life savers. After getting screwed over by another mechanic, Ricks took us underneath our car to show us what was happening so we understood. They were willing to work with us in our financial situations. Friendly service. Honest people.
Will never give mybusiness to this place again. Was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I used to like Rick's... went there for oil changes, repairs, even bought new tires from them. There have been a few times though that I've not received the best service... and yesterday an employee of mine was treated poorly when she went in there. I will say when Jeremy worked there, service was stellar, always.
I've been going to Rick's for more than 9 years and he and his crew always do great work at a fair price. Most of all they are honest. And they usually give you a loaner car if you need it, which is a big help!
