Took my vehicle here for repair and at the time of pick up there was a big crack in my windshield. Owner refused to take responsibility saying the crack was already there. When I dropped my vehicle off there was a tiny chip in the windshield that had been there for nearly two years, but it was NOT cracked. Owner suggested that I call my insurance because 'they should cover it at no cost'.
Took our Jeep for repair and it came back with a cracked windshield. It was NOT cracked when it was dropped off. The owner refused to take responsibility for it or to repair it. Take your vehicle there at your own risk! Not recommended!
We took my daughter's Jeep in for a heater core and it came back with a huge crack in the windshield and the coolant was not even topped off... Would not recommend this company at all.. Will not take care of the windshield and also said there is no warranty on his labor...
They are AMAZING!!!! Super quick! I have absolutely no doubt that they will do a wonderful job and at a very reasonable rate. I have experienced anxiety when dealing with car repairs due to my lack of knowledge/ability to fix it myself but I have never had a second thought or worry about Rick’s. They rock!!!!
My grandchildren left something on in my van and the battery ran down while we were at a school event, it was snowing and cold. Rick’s towing came quickly to me to get my van started so me and the kids could get home. Thank you so much, your kindness tonight was much appreciated!
