Today I needed something really simple - aim my headlights because I messed them up trying to change the bulbs myself. Shelia didn't make me feel like an idiot for trying, took my car right away with no appointment, and took car of me for a very reasonable price. I will be back. I just wish I'd come to Rick's sooner.
