RecommendedSuch great people! My mom (88) had an accident and they were called out to tow her car. They arrived promptly and the gentleman that was the driver was GREAT! Great personality, and very polite and kind to her. Made her feel at ease. Even walked her across the street with me to get her into my car. Great experience for sure!
Triple A sent Rick’s out for our dead battery. The mechanic that showed up was so nice, professional and a pleasure to work with. He was able to change our battery right there. He even checked our alternator and gave us great advice. I would highly recommend them.
i have never been treated with such Royalty and concern then at Rick's Auten Rd. Service center. My car had to be towed in, an Idler pulley attached to the air condition pump belt tore loose and stopped the water pump from cooling and battery from charging. The new pump was defected and the manager said I could use the car over the weekend and that the AC won't work, new part will be in Monday and to bring the car back in at my convenience, and no extra charge to replace it. I got a flat tire in LaPorte and my insurance company contacted Ricks for my tow. I’m very sad to say I don’t remember my drivers name but he went so above and beyond for me. I was dressed in nice work clothes and there were inches of snow to his truck. He dragged his foot in front of me to make a path for me to walk on without ruining my shoes. If your car gets stuck on the Turnpike DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED HERE!!! My van broke down and I was hoping for a quick turn around. After 2 1/2 days they still didn't look at it!!! Told me to have it towed somewhere else!!!!
Got a flat tire around dinner time in a busy part of Elkhart, IN. Called AAA and they sent Rick's 66 my way. A young man by the name of Jeff came and took care of my old Land Rover tire (which was a bear to handle). He was nice, friendly, did a good job and got me back on track quickly. Thank you Jeff and Rick's 66!! �
Dead battery at the south museum. Called aaa they sent out a nice guy within 20 minutes on the road again and gave us directions. Super wow
My truck broke down on the freeway on Memorial day and Andy came to tow me. He got there fast. Helped me in his truck and made sure my truck got towed and I got home safely. He was a perfect gentleman. He opened the door for me and helped me with my bags. Thanks Andy you really came to my rescue!
