RecommendedI went in for an alignment, mainly because they are open on Saturday mornings. They gave me a printout of the results and explained everything to me. I recommend this place, and being open for half of Saturday is a huge benefit.
Called to cancel a set up tow because random passer-by helped me and was told they didn’t even have my location or phone number! Shredded tire on busy road 80 degrees with 4 kids! Talked to them twice before calling to cancel! Waited almost an hour and they weren’t even on the way after warranty company and myself pleaded with them to rush since I had 4 kids with me! My son’s car broke down and within a few short hours it was towed and impounded by Rick’s. The women at the lot, both on the phone and in person, are a nightmare to deal with. They made an already stressful situation much worse! We were already facing an undetermined amount of money in repairs and then had to pay $240 to retrieve the vehicle from impound. I was so happy after I sat waiting for University Towing and they cancelled the tow after two hours Jason showed up from Rick's and promptly got us back to Merrillville from South Bend.

My wife’s car broke down on Christmas Eve. Called for AAA tow service. Rick’s driver was prompt, courteous, helpful with suggestions. Rick called first thing on 12/26 to tell us what was the matter with the car and what the options were. Car was fixed and ready for us to pick up by the end of the day. Very happy with the service provided.
paid $730 to get my computer in my convertible and they didn't bother to program it to my car so now my tail lights don't work in my dashboard lights are not working they want to charge me again to fix it I gave him $740 and didn't get my $10 in change I asked him for that and I didn't get that either then they tried to rip me off on my Jeep Cherokee for repairs I wouldn't recommend them again
The shop ripped the bead of one of my tires and I ended up having to get the tire replaced. The shop that replaced my tire was able to clearly explain and show me on the damaged tire how it would have happened. Took the damaged tire to Ricks to show them and the foreman Rickey just argued with both me and my fiancé about how it wasn’t them and they couldn’t have done it.
