Does this rental company run credit check i am asking for someone I know
Do not apply to them. They don't even run applications like they should. 1 day they post something for rent then the next it's for sale. They owe me a refund for not even bothering to run my application. I WILL NEVER APPLY TO NONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES AGAIN and I mean that. Completely unprofessional and a WASTE of time. They are scammers

If I could give a zero actually a minus zero I would. My first mistake was not reading the reviews. The reviews tell the story, but that's one mistake I won't make again. This office scammed us out of $120 ($40 application fee for 3 adults). We applied for a house, and after applying, if we heard back from this scam of a company, the man on the purple moon did.
