Do not apply to them. They don't even run applications like they should. 1 day they post something for rent then the next it's for sale. They owe me a refund for not even bothering to run my application. I WILL NEVER APPLY TO NONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES AGAIN and I mean that. Completely unprofessional and a WASTE of time. They are scammers

If I could give a zero actually a minus zero I would. My first mistake was not reading the reviews. The reviews tell the story, but that's one mistake I won't make again. This office scammed us out of $120 ($40 application fee for 3 adults). We applied for a house, and after applying, if we heard back from this scam of a company, the man on the purple moon did. Well, there was a property that the manager Carl said that my wife and I had secured. We packed all of our belongings only to be told that they needed this paper work, this document, this letter as well as another application fee. The secretary Toni was very crass and unprofessional. A month passed and I had to call them for a status on the property, after Carl told me that his secretary was out si k, and He wasn't computer savvy so he couldn't process the lease.
