Let me tell you something about Rick's Appliances. A few years back we got in a bind and needed a washer. So we went to see Rick. I bought a nice used washer from Rick and he gave me details about warranty for a few days and such but would help out on maintenance for a little money (parts and labor) as/if we needed it.
