if i could i would give 0 stars !! sold us a used ac bc our own was old (but functionable). told us with the one he sold us we will b saving on electricity. promised to come back the next day with a receipt and do maintenance on ac.. never answered our countless phonecalls or texts. we never received a receipt for the purchase of the used ac we had bought from him. now our powerbill is more than double !! waste of money and trust ! do not use mr.rick for anything around ac and heating, unless you have money to dump into the ... read more

I called Rick's at 5 pm on Sunday, Labor Day weekend. He was at my home about 7 pm, and apologized for being late. He had been working on another job. It was 80 degrees in my home. He was at my home within 2 hours on a holiday weekend....not late in my book! He determined it was a clogged drain. Fixed it all up. Everything is working. I asked him what I owed him.
