Had a storage unit with them for a year, called them 8 days before I moved out to let them know so I didn't get billed for the next month, I got billed went in to talk to them about the charge and the refused to refund me even tho it was a mess up on ther end, will not be going back and will not recommend anyone.
We were with them many years. When we pulled our RV, they refused to refund a prepaid month worth of dues. Integrity matters.
It's a good set of units
The managers are Very friendly and just downright good people would highly recommend this to anyone prices are the best around!
Initial service was good but the owner is on you for the littlest of things, and on you immediately.
