went to the ER for leg pain that started randomly caused me limping for 3+ days. My dad is a doctor and wrote a list of texts to run and see how they are. He gaslighted me from the get/go saying this was no emergency and i am completely fine. he did one tube to see if i was dehydrated and he had said no and is discharging me within less than a hour, he refused treatment. I wouldn’t recommend him.
Brought to ER for vomiting, diarrhea, passed out in bathroom, hit head. Dr. Rickman stated in my notes "No LOC (loss of consciousness), no fall, but my husband and I both told him I passed out and hit my head. NO CT scan ordered or given. In fact, his notes state that my husband and I "chose to for go CT scan and go home." Which is not true. It was never offered.
Horrible experience. This doctor shouldn't be allowed to practice. The list is so long about my moms experience back in Feb March 2023. Now that she's healed from surgery, perhaps we can start official complaints.
Treated with respect, explained everything thoroughly and very friendly disposition. I would highly recommend!
