STAY AWAY!!! Not a professional brokerage. Their agent Jeremy Miller was extremely unprofessional and actually ruined the deal to purchase a home we were looking to buy. Would have had a deal if there were no Realtor involved in that deal, in my opinion. Realtors are useless middle-men who take 3-6% of the homes price for, in most cases, providing nothing. MY OPINION...stay away from this brokerage!
