Rick was extremely professional and thorough with home buying process. From start to finish. He made it super easy for a first time buyer. Would definitely recommend him. He breaks it all down in depth and makes it easy to understand the contracts. Will definitely use him again when it's time to upgrade. Rick helped me find and buy a home when I was halfway across the country, gave me outstanding advice in the process, and I never felt like I wasn’t a priority. My situation wasn’t easy- being that I was in DC, buying in San Antonio- but he made the transition seem-less and I was able to move into my home as soon as I got to Texas.
