Rick did a great job that was quite simple. He was prompt and punctual, and very efficient, finishing the job in less than 30 minutes. He was certainly not affordable and I feel like I was suckered because I had not asked him for a quote or rough estimate. If I had the tools I could have easily done it myself, but I was busy and thought this would be good for the economy to give a tradesman some work. We discovered a concerning plumbing backup issue just a couple days after moving into our new home and called Rick to inspect. He arrived on time and identified our issue within the hour. Rick came very highly recommended in the neighborhood Facebook group and after meeting him, I can see why. I called around yesterday for someone to repair a leaky outdoor faucet and Rick came today. The full job was done within the window he provided over the phone. While we ended up with a larger issue than we had expected. the job was done ahead time and as estimated. No extras, Rickey is super knowledgeable, professional and he dealt with the city on our behalf. Our property was treated with respect. Highly recommend.
