I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dana Lue and her firm. After retaining her services with a $2,500 fee and fully explaining my situation (requesting a reduction in child support due to a significant change in income), I was shocked by her response. I have a terrible experience after explaining my whole story to Dana Lue about child support needing to be reduced based on my new income and she basically told me I should do it myself and her costs are very expensive. This is after I already spent my $2500 retainer fee. I then asked for a refund and they sent me back or apparently are sending me back about $1400 so they charged me like $1100 for absolutely nothing just to basically read two emails and give me crap advice and take no legal action.
