Dr. Ricker literally saved my eye after I was given bad information at an emergency room. They told me it was an abrasion, she identified it as a laceration and immediately treated the injury. I truly believe I would have lost my left eye and be left with a deformed pupil if not for her. Instead, today I have fully healed and have 20/20 vision in both eyes. I will forever be in her debt.
If I could give zero stars to this office I would. This so called Doctor is unprofessional, late to her appointments, and incompetent. I ended up having to go to another after her "treatment" of my eye because of her incompetence. I suggest you do the same- don't waste your time with this clown.
I had the good fortune of seeing Dr Ricker for myself yesterday and am back with 2 of my children today, she is so patient and knowledgeable and has such an awesome "bedside manner" so to speak. Her staff is equally as lovely as I had made a scheduling mistake and they found a workaround that didn't inconvenience anyone.
