Been 4 months since paying off my loan and the bank has still gotten nothing such a trash organization they are out here robbing people I wish I could give no stars
I received a letter from them once before, and naturally, requested proper documentation that I indeed owed a debt, and they were legally the ones to collect said debt. It was sketchy, because I knew good and well I didn't authorize them to do anything. I had no idea about this company. They failed to send the documentation, so I told them, under the law, not to contact me further and remove any false information from my credit report.
