I will never use anyone BUT Rickard's ever again!!! I cannot stress to you the level of care they took with me. ABOVE AND BEYOND doesn't begin to explain it. Today was my second experience with them and they did not disappoint. I know I will ALWAYS be able to count on them!!! Very professional. Extremely informative. Friendly, Fast, reliable and the peace of mind I got at the end was just icing on the cake. Thank you!!! I plan to tell everyone who will listen. :)
Had no heat. They came as quick as they could that evening and found the problem. Picked up the part the next day and fixed the furnace.

Rickard’s Air Conditioning serviced both of the air units at my home. I was pleased with the results. Two years later and one of the units stopped cooling. I called on Monday at 8:30 and 9:30am, but there was no answer and no way to leave a message. So in my desperation, I found another company.
Great professional, caring people. Scott and his whole team knows what they are doing better than anyone around. I would VERY highly recommend them to anyone, including my family.
