I have a number of his projects around the house, with my absolute favorite being the drafting table he built for me. His precision and love for the work comes through in everything he makes, and really creates a unique piece of art.
Rick made a custom dog crate for me. We call it the Doggie Duplex. I really enjoyed talking through the design and covering all our important needs. He designed and built a perfect piece of functional furniture that's sturdy and beautiful! I love it and will definitely call him when for my next woodworking project.
Rick has custom made a number of items for me over the last 20 years, and I continue to be pleased with each and every one of them. My friends are always commenting on the quality of his work and his innovative design.
Rick made me a fishing net years ago, that was so beautiful that to this day it hangs on the wall in my dining room. It would have worked durably for netting fish, but I couldn't use it for fish because of the lovely visual quality of the wood work.
Rick is a perfectionist when it comes to woodworking. I went yesterday to see the maple wood dining room chairs he made. They are beautifully hand crafted and will be heirloom furniture for generations to come. He has made me a beautiful bowl and a fly fishing net. Each is a piece of wooden art.
