Waited an hour to get into the appointment alone
DR Roger Fabian I’m not sure if he’s actually a doctor. This place needs to be shut down they put me on antibiotics for 1 month with out checking anything NOTHING not even check temperature or anything after 1 month of getting worse and worse and I got my family sick as well including my 8 moths old child.by the time I saw a real doctor he lost his mind saying how can they put u on 3 sets on strong antibiotics with out checking anything I ended up in hospital and my 3 year old and 8 nothing old are really sick. Very terrible customer service, 15 seconds on a call and they hung up, I tried calling multiple times they didn’t answer so I approached them in person and completely blasted the receptionist for her unprofessionalism. I’ve got it all recorded too!!
Unprofessional and rude
Dr Roger Fabian was supposed to begin work at 1pm. I had a booking for 1pm. I waited until 2:50pm and he never showed up to work. About 5 different families who were in need of medical attention walked out due to the ridiculous wait during this period. The reception tried to call or message the manager about Dr Fabian's whereabouts with no reply. The reception didn't have Dr Fabian's number.
