We wanted to get our ducts cleaned and called Rickard Duct Cleaning for a quote. Jeff Rickard answered his phone and was extremely friendly and helpful. He came over himself and went through our home and gave us a very reasonable quote. We had to call him back with a question and he returned our phone call immediately. Good luck getting a call back. Called and texted them 6 times. No response. Maybe the company is out of business.
An outstanding experience on every level! Keith was friendly, was not bothered by my dogs and cleaned up fully after himself. The owner was easy to work with and the whole process was seamless.

Had an amazing experience with the whole company. The owner Jeff came by and gave me a quote. He was open and seemd honest. Gave a fair price and we scheduled a date for my furnace and vent cleaning.
