Mike and the Rickard team were pros, especially with a complex and often changing kitchen renovation. His ability to custom build solutions when we ran into the "fun surprises" that come with a 100-year old house allowed us to get through what might have otherwise been major delays - like when we found out your ceiling is 3" off level one corner to the next, or when some of our cabinets kept coming in broken or ordered incorrectly from the designer... This review has been difficult to write because there are so many good things I’d like to say about Rickard Custom Home Remodeling. Mike was referred to us by our neighbor after our original contractor bailed on us. He responded quickly to our call, assessed our situation, explained his process and gave us a bid. All in one day!
