Saw this Dr. some time ago, but just had a memory of how horrible she was. She has terrible bedside manners, and did not listen to anything i was trying to explain to her. I could go on and on, but I feel this should be enough.
One of the best physicians I’ve ever had! She’s listens intently and is very thorough and doesn’t rush you. I love her no-nonsense/no candy coating approach. She’s got a great sense of humor too!
if I could give a lower number I would. I am 73 yrs old w/ multiple documented comorbidities. I went to the Stafford ER after just testing positive for Covid. I was feeling pretty bad. Since it was day 1 when I tested positive we asked Dr Rickabaugh if I could get the Paxlovid treatment to lessen the viral load and upcoming symptoms. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful and unprofessional MD ever. Continuously interrupting the patient and not listening to the patients questions or needs. If I could give multiple negative stars I would. Absolutely worse bed side manner ever. Clearly her racial slurs and extremely rude comments come with her title. She sent me home and pass out twice and fell 6 b4 making to my car. She is putting patients iLife in danger and you refuse to take action. Maybe it’s best to take legal action against you and her.
Dr Rickabaugh was very helpful and through. She took the time to explain in detail what she was doing as well as her findings. I felt very confident in her assessment.
