Had Rick replace my roof, the guys put on a case of discolored shingles on, Rick sent out a representative from the shingle company to look at shingles, he verified they were a bad batch, called several times to when they were going to change out shingles and they said someone would be out, to this day , I still have the discolored shingles..have leak by one my vents called several times talked to receptionist, she said she would talk to the guys, no one ever came out or called..tried calling back leaving messages to no call... read more
