I'm glad to hear others speak highly of Rick. He certainly is a nice guy and we enjoyed listening to him speak of his accomplishments, his exercise routines and his ski trip. Sadly, we were never party to his offering any helpful "homework", and after three sessions (one each with each of us, one with both of us) where our concerns were not addressed - except Rick did say "Be kind" with a story of how an older woman took that to heart and her husband died two years later.
