Rich is a nice guy. Very helpful. Don't always believe the negativity cuz those that post negative either got evicted or they evicted themselves on NOT following rental guide lines, especially when they do police raids on that property. Keep up the good work Rich and crew
The worst!
I live next to one of his rental apartment properties and it's horrible! The tenants have been without proper trash cans for months, which he will not provide, talk about maggots everywhere! The yard is never cut and is constantly being reported to the city.
