This is the second house I have bought with Rick Stephens. It was an awesome experience. They did all the work and walked me though every step. Star Thomas was exceptional from beginning to end. Closing was today--a week early.
Randall Parmley is far and away the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. He is fantastic about contacting you as soon as a house that matches what you're looking for hits the market, and makes himself available to schedule a tour at almost any time during the day. We will be working with him again when we're ready to put our house on the market, and will readily recommend him to anyone that is in the market to either buy or sell a house.
