Please also read negative reviews on Yelp,,,, After two recent complaints and subsequent hearings, he was convicted of several serious violations of the Board of Realtors code of ethics - then fined and suspended by the Columbus Board of Realtors for over a year. This person forged my signature on contractual documents. Also there is a current Atty General case and many other complaints against Mr Starr. Police/legal history as well. !!!NEVER use this person!!!
