Terribly nasty and rude realtors. When they don't get their way they will lie on you in court and bring on false charges. Do not ever owe them any money or they will accuse you of theft and you will be taken to court. The blond haired secretary is pure evil that work together and ready to start drama in the court room. If you deal with them, be ready to hire an attorney.
Beware of Renting Properties from Rick Soles – I rented a property from Rick for 2 years and then when I moved out he tried to charge me for normal wear and tear on the property. Excuse me but a family with 2 children is not going to leave carpets in excellent condition after living in a home for 2 years. I was moved out by the first of the month and I was also charged rent for the month (pro-rated of course) and a late fee for not having the rent that I did not owe paid on time. Great landlord. – Two thumbs up! I've rented from Mr, Soles for 3 1/2 years. He is a no nonsense kind of guy (which means pay your rent on time and you'll have no problem w/ him). He is very fair. I love my place. The rent is down right cheap for where I live. Any mainanance issues I've had I just called his office and they were addressed proptly, usually the same day. No Scrouples.... No sound business practices No conscience. – Attitude and business practices are a joke. I had to plead with them to talk to me about a home that i knew that would come available in the next two week. Had to contact the owner directly to convince them to talk to me. after several phone calls expressing a wish to rent to home I was in their office at 755 Monday morning to get a key to look at the house. The Worst I have ever dealt with – This guy, Rick Sole is a Joke and needs to be condemned for his attitude. I have rented from him for 5 months, paid my rent on time if not early. When I called him today concerning an on going trash issue...he told me that....... dangerous slumlord – The apartment near me, rented to a tenant by this guy, made our neighborhood a living hell for over a year. I feared for my kids and pets. What a sleazebag.
