Ive never had a problem I've rented a house then a duplex. Service issues always addressed I keep unit up and clean and I pay on time. If you don't pay rent he don't play 😂.

This company runs a cut-throat business! Someone ought to call the zoning administrator, building inspector, city council members, mayor,etc.!. How about checking court judgments/liens like perhaps the IRS? If he does have any judgments/liens give them copy of a check that shows where he/his corporation banks. They can freeze and attach his/his corporation's bank accounts/assets! Keep calling the police on his tenants who shoot/sell drugs. Go to the news media!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!!! I work for a non profit and attempted to assist a client with moving in to one of their properties. They told my client the unit was ready to rent and move in; upon inspection we discovered the property a) had been unlocked and open to the puclic for an undislosed amount of time and b) was not fit for human habitation. RICK SOLES WOULD NOT FIX MY TOILET THAT WAS BACKED UP FOR TWO WEEKS BECAUSE HE SAID WE OWED HIM RENT. He took over the property after my landlord became ill. IT WAS HIS JOB TO MAKE SURE AS LANDLORD THAT EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED. He is a terrible landlord and I would advise anyone not to rent from him. Doris Hill

I went yesterday ( 1/31/13) to view one of Rick Soles properties. I stopped by his office on broad street in durham, nc like i was told to do (1/30/13) when I enquired about one of his properties. When I arrived at this home there was dirt every where, dead bugs in the kitched, and bad leak in the bathroom as well as dirt everywhere in there as well . I'm still living in his place.Everybody in the building shoots heroin or does some other kind of illegal drug.There are 2 junk trucks in the backyard that have been there for 2 years,I've called numerous times about it and even called the police. They said they couldn't do anything because it's private property.My rent was a day late one time in the whole 2 and a half years I've lived here.The back porch is literally falling in and all the wood in the whole place is rotten.I haven't had heat or hot water for a year and a hal... read more

This company is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I called the company to ask a few question, the lady I spoke with was very rude and ignorant. I do not recommend this rental company to anyone. If I cant ask a few simple questions and get a few simple answers, I sure wouldn't won't to rent a property from them. I don't see how they get ant business with people like that running the company.
