Rick is truly a pleasure to work with. He is very professional but also a delight to be around. We looked for houses for 4ish months and never felt that he was pushing us to make a decision on something that we were not absolutely sure on. He would often point out flaws when he came across them, letting us know about potential problems for each house. I bought my home from Rick in 2020 (and he got me a great deal). The taxes were assessed at $150,000 higher this year. Rick sent me comps and gave great advice as to how to word things in a way they would understand. He used his knowledge of the market and how homes like mine were really selling. This assessment was cut in half as I was able to provide substantive objections. He didn’t have to help but sent 2 emails and had 3 phone calls with me before the hearing.
