I was billed for 2 no shows, one was because I told them I didn't have a computer so I dont do zoom, to do it the way me and the doctor had done it many times before which is through a phone call, i get no phone call i am billed for a no show, on the 2nd they said they called me but my number had been changed, this is true but, it had been a year since the last time I saw this doctor.
