are these family and friend comments? not my experience. made me wait while he chit chatted with some woman customer for about 30 mins. I had called him in advance to schedule pickup. He did not do what he said - pattern was not even checked properly and unit failed shortly after installation in bolt-on street car under mild use.
Ive taken many cars to Rick over the years. Sure, now and then you may have a bit of a wait but it seldom happens. Thats because they are good. The other choice is a dealer - one day and alot more money. Hes probably saved me thousands in repairs over the past 10 years.
Ive been going to Rick for a couple years now and while it may take a little bit of time they are always accomodating and the best price for the service provided. My car is under warranty with VW and I will go to Rick to check prices before I take it to the dealer. I highly recommend going to them.
Excellent, honest work! My family has been going to Rick for years and hes never steered us wrong!
