Camden Hoops was awesome. Listened to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. I drove away in my 2022 Chevy Blazer. I also was given a dozen red roses for Valentines Day. You need a vehicle see Camden Hoops and Joseph Perkins (sales manager)and they will do what they can so you drive away with what you need and want. Awesome work guys. Thank you so much!!!
Sales Staff courteous, down to earth, Service Dept. mostly bad Sales people were good. Service is lacking. I took my vehicle in to get a window track fixed on the driver side. I had to schedule the repair far out due to a variety of requirements both with my civilian job and military duties down at Scott AFB. I initially scheduled the work before my warranty expired at 35,000, but drove the 1500 miles in between the scheduled visit. Great experience I had a great experience at Rick Ridings and recommend them especially if you're a female looking to buy a car. I was a little nervous going there by myself, but I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. My salesman (Wes) helped me find a good used car in my budget and they really worked with me on my old car I was trading. Overall it was a great experience. Plus, they gave me flowers, so that was a nice surprise.
Rick Ridings Auto Dealership We have purchased our last two vehicles from Rick Ridings. While not 100% satisfied, I would still give them an "A". Their asking prices are competitive and the inventory changes from day to day. The salespeople are assertive without being pushy. Overall we have been happy with our purchases and will continue to do business there. I highly reccomend their service department for routine car care. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
On November 30,2021 We went into the dealership and signed off on all the paper work. However upon exiting the dealership doors and walking up to the vehicle we noticed the someone had wrecked the vehicle. We and the dealership took photos of the damage. The sales manger John agreed that they caused the damage and the would defiantly take care of the damage they caused.
