We bought a new car our current insurance wouldn’t insure, so we called Rick at 4:40pm on a Friday night. He wasn’t in the office, but he called Jennifer, who was. She called us immediately and stayed on the phone with us well over the time she was supposed to be off and got our policy taken care of for a new car purchase. Both of them are amazing and we ended up bringing our other 3 cars over to them.
