Had an issue where this round flapper thing was stuck in the pipes of my tub, preventing the water to drain fast or at all sometimes. Was told they would have to send someone to eel it out. The guy who came out drilled a hole in my pipes, didn’t stay to fix it, instead I was charged 265 (which includes the 165 fee for them coming out), and then was told it’ll cost me more for them to send a repair guy out and they still haven’t figured out why my drain wasn’t clogged. Our laundry room attic pipes burst during a cold snap - the room is centrally located so almost every room has water damage. We called Rick Ray’s and on a Friday after 4pm, they responded with a technician. The gentleman replaced the pipes - a copper pipe - and was done in less than an hour.
