I purchased Rick's low back video bundle combining somatic and pain reduction exercises, and my back pain was gone in 2 days! I have incorporated these exercises into my daily routine because the help me feel great. He's brilliant! Also, he explains the exercises so well that you can just focus on doing them, rather than trying g to figure out what he's asking you to do. Thank you, Rick!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Rick is great at his job, generous, kind, and incredibly focused on helping his clients and their individual unique needs. I saw 3 other doctors and physicians for pretty serious collar bone pain and none of them could accomplish what help and information I gained here in just a few short sessions. Many thanks.

Rick's philosophy on healing chronic pain is unlike any other and it's spot on. If everyone with persistent pain did what he teaches, the world would have a far lesser problem with it than it currently does. I recommend Rick 's philosophy with 5 stars all the way!
