The worst, either incompetent or dishonest, maybe both. They had several of their crew out along with the owner to look at my AC. Told me it was working as well as it could and there’s nothing they could do to fix it. I got a second opinion, found the problem right away. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Rick is amazing! So friendly and helpful, always willing to help. We have been a loyal customer for approximately 5-6 years. We've always been happy with the service & treated with respect, until recently. We had our A/C annual service scheduled but started having issues with the house not cooling appropriately. The upstairs was warm, yet it was working but not working properly. I left a voicemail on a Sunday, Rick called first thing Monday. He was willing to come out but had a lot of people without a/c.
