After my previous visit with a different ENT, I realized how awful my experience was with Nissen back in August 2023. I never felt listened to, and it really seemed like he had a preconceived idea of what was going on with me before I even opened my mouth to tell him my long history of ear issues. He was very rough cleaning out wax stuck in my ear, seemed dismissive of my extreme anxiety when placing an ear tube, put OPPOSITE information than what I had stated to him in my record, and somehow didn’t at least diagnose me with... read more
