I took my Cartier watch in for a battery. First time - and Angel could not have been nicer! Replaced my battery while I waited (maybe 5 mins?) and was so generous with her time and expertise. Amazing - I’ll def be back!
I had my ring fixed there because of missing stones and the holders. That went great and I go to have it cleaned when I can. I brought 2 necklaces with tangled wires and they helped me for free! Love this place and great people!

I probably won't go here again. I did not feel welcome. I didn't leave a lower score because I didn't buy anything so I can't say their products aren't well made. However, I did feel like I was an inconvenience. I have green hair and my husband was wearing basketball shorts. Maybe they felt like we didn't belong or maybe it was because I did have an odd request for replating costume jewelry.
