Our old air conditioner quit during a heat wave here in Ottawa. I was very pleased with the patience, courtesy and professionalism of the service. The problem was fixed after careful analysis and reasonable options were offered for future directions. In addition, the complete installation of a new, efficient air conditioner was performed in a friendly, competent and thorough manner. I would highly recommend Rick Menard Heating & Cooling!
