I'm pleased to recommend Rick Menard Heating and Cooling. From the initial communications to the completed installation, they coordinated everything and kept me well-informed. Three teams completed the work of removing my oil furnace and oil tank, making necessary changes to my electrical panel, installing the internal and external units, wiring and attaching everything, and powering it on. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks going out to all of you!
Balal came by to do annual maintenance on my furnace and AC, and to check out some ductwork issues we were having. He was quick, competent and knowledgeable, and walked me through everything he was doing. He also gave some advice on maintenance steps I could take on my own to reduce wear on the system.
